The Network Analyst position reports to the Customer Experience and Technology Directorate and integrates into the Information Technology department. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls; * Identify, analyze, and resolve network and infrastructure incidents; * Monitor the IT environment to ensure service availability and performance; * Administer network and directory services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory); * Support administration of Windows and Linux servers; * Perform configuration and troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments (Ubiquiti, Aruba, Cisco); * Support access management and security policies; * Document environments, processes, and configurations; * Support implementation of infrastructure improvements and projects; * Collaborate with the IT team to organize requests and prioritize tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Hold a completed bachelor’s degree or be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Have knowledge of network services such as DNS and DHCP; * Have hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems; * Have knowledge of Linux (administration and troubleshooting); * Have experience with pfSense and FortiGate firewalls; * Have foundational knowledge of Information Security. — It is important that you demonstrate: * Analytical ability; * Organizational skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Critical thinking. — It would be a plus if you: * Have prior experience in the real estate market; * Have participated in designing network and security systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a Hyper:** We care deeply about the well-being of our employees — affectionately called “hypers”!
