Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path forward—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine as an HR Analyst on the BP team?** * Lead internal leadership development programs—such as FCL and PDL—ensuring structuring, execution, and follow-up of all activities; * Take a proactive and leading role in organizing and evolving projects, adapting strategies according to context and available resources; * Plan and execute learning pathways, timelines, and development initiatives, ensuring end-to-end delivery; * Manage program operations (invitations, scheduling, communications, support, and follow-ups), ensuring smoothness and quality in participants’ experience; * Operate in a dynamic environment, handling unforeseen events and re-planning actions whenever necessary; * Interface with internal and external facilitators, ensuring alignment and delivery quality; * Monitor participation, engagement, and progression metrics, proposing continuous improvements to programs; * Support the creation of new leadership development initiatives, contributing critical insights and practical suggestions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to join us?** * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to interact across all leadership levels; * Proactive mindset, with autonomy to drive projects and deliver results—even in challenging scenarios; * Organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries; * Adaptability to change, with comfort operating in dynamic environments requiring frequent re-planning; * Ability to adapt strategies and identify viable solutions under varying contexts and resource constraints; * Creativity to design feasible actions and projects aligned with business realities; * Capacity for constructive, culturally aligned critical thinking and input; * Attention to detail and analytical mindset to monitor metrics and support decision-making; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in HR metrics. **Important to know:** * This position is fully on-site in Curitiba (PR); * Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; * You’ll join a dynamic environment characterized by high execution standards and constant need for flexibility and adaptation; * We seek a partnership-oriented HR professional—one who supports, advises, and also holds leaders accountable for their own development. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per working day; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * "Day off"; * "Just dress no code"; * Career development plan; **After the probation period, additional benefits include:** * Dental care plan; * Multi-benefit card.
