Familiarity with LSP (Senior Programming Language); report development; system rules; import/export data layouts; creation of customized screens (SGI); system installation and updates. **Software:** Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle) and data modeling. Experience with Senior Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is desirable. **Professional Development Courses:** Programming and/or Database courses. **Job Responsibilities:** You will be responsible for report development, system customizations and rules, import/export data layouts, creation of customized screens (SGI), Senior system updates and installations, and other related tasks, always aiming for the best solutions for our clients. **Desired Skills:** Logical reasoning, ability to develop system rules, effective communication, proactivity, teamwork, agility, ability to work under pressure, availability, and willingness to learn. Hybrid work arrangement. Travel availability required.
