Job Summary: Experienced carpenter responsible for constructing wooden structures, assemblies, and performing general maintenance at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in organizing and maintaining the workplace. **Role:** Carpenter **Salary:** R$ 13.39/h (average: R$ 2\.945,80 gross/30 days) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance: 2 units/day (no payroll deduction) * Meal Allowance: R$ 801.50 (no payroll deduction) * Coffee Allowance (no payroll deduction) * Free medical consultations through the labor union * Day Off * TotalPass **Optional Benefits after Probation Period:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break) **Work Location:** Pinhais/PR **Responsibilities:** * Construct wooden structures such as roofs, partition walls, beams, and rafters; * Assemble temporary perimeter protections and staircases to ensure safe pathways; * Perform general carpentry-related maintenance at construction sites; * Assist in organizing and maintaining the workplace and materials. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in carpentry activities on civil construction projects; * Knowledge of assembly and disassembly techniques for formwork, shoring, and temporary structures; * Proficiency in handling manual and electric tools used in carpentry; * Vocational training or qualification courses in carpentry or civil construction; * Basic ability to read and interpret construction schedules; * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to deadlines and quality; * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.
