Develop and maintain executive dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making by managers and executives. Map and understand data flows between systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity. Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities. Translate business requirements into analytical specifications by gathering requirements from stakeholders. Design data models and storage structures to support recurring analyses. Automate data extraction, cleansing, and processing workflows to reduce manual rework. Support data integration and synchronization across systems to ensure a single view of the business. Document methodologies, analytical processes, and data dictionaries for knowledge maintenance and dissemination. Collaborate with business areas (Sales, Production, HR, Finance) to define KPIs and performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to leadership, communicating insights clearly and objectively. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. Proven experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science (minimum 3 years). Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data transformation, and modeling in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data pipelines. Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, R, DAX, or similar). Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One) and understanding of business processes in industrial/manufacturing environments. Knowledge of production processes, HR management, and logistics operations will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling will be considered advantageous.
