Job Summary: Assist in carrying out construction activities, preparing the construction site, and supporting infrastructure teams, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. A safe and organized work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in carrying out construction activities, following instructions from the site supervisor and foremen. * Prepare and organize the construction site, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility. * Transport materials, tools, and equipment. * Assist in excavation, compaction, pipe laying, subbase preparation, and support paving teams. * Perform general support tasks for drainage and sanitation teams. * Follow safety regulations and properly use PPE provided by the company. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in infrastructure projects (paving, drainage, earthworks, or sanitation) is a plus. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work outdoors. **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation commensurate with the role. * A safe and organized work environment. * Salary: BRL 2500.00 \+ Benefits Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Payment: Starting at R$2\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
