If you have an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working with data and strategic procurement routines, this could be your opportunity! **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in commercial-related fields; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency is a plus; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and teamwork skills; **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the buyer and act as the market information liaison for the Novo Hamburgo / RS branch; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets for strategic negotiations according to company standards; * Conduct daily inventory and product turnover tracking; * Monitor commercial margins and support periodic analyses; * Prepare strategic information regarding expired and upcoming budgets, exchanges, and returns; * Verify purchase orders against invoices and enter purchase orders into the system. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48; * Tatuquara / PR unit.
