Used for two and a half years by a single person. The lid became stained because I cleaned it with alcohol several times. Functions perfectly: inkjet printer, prints black-and-white and color, and performs photocopying and scanning. Excellent—never let me down. I purchased a thermal printer for my work, which is more suitable. Delivery available at several locations in Guarapari or Vila Velha.
