Your Responsibilities: Commercial area experience Customer service; Answer customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp Business. Prepare freight quotations based on commercial rate tables. Support sales executives with logistical information and delivery timelines. Update registrations and maintain updated records in the system. Conduct follow-up on ongoing proposals and negotiations. Generate sales performance reports and commercial area KPIs. What We Expect From You? Strategic planning, analytical skills, ability to work in teams, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), customer service. Familiarity with SSW system and experience in the transportation sector. High school diploma required.
