Use of digital channels for customer interaction **Location**: Vasco da Gama, Cariacica\-ES **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Employment Type**: CLT \- On-site **Initial Remuneration**: BRL 2\.247,00 \+ Commission **Benefits**: * Dental Plan; * Health Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * SESC Membership; * Transportation Allowance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Birthday Day Off; * Life Insurance. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of prior experience as an inside sales representative or telesales agent; * Knowledge of negotiation and sales closing techniques; * Ability to work with sales targets and objectives; * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of printing products; experience with CRM and sales management systems; Power BI; TOTVS Protheus. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare quotations and price estimates according to customer requirements; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and application of discounts within company policies; * Advise customers on technical specifications and product benefits; * Provide consultative service via digital channels (WhatsApp and Email/Outlook), and by phone when necessary; * Register and update customer data in the system when required; * Record customer interactions and service activities in the internal system; * Conduct active prospecting by contacting companies to sell products and acquire new customers for portfolio expansion.
