




Responsibilities: * Perform daily management of the vehicle fleet (official cars), ensuring proper control, organization, and operation; * Transport vehicles as needed: deliver and retrieve cars from repair shops, rental agencies, suppliers, depots, and court units; * Conduct vehicle checklists, including assessment of operational conditions, preventive and corrective maintenance, mileage, and documentation; * Monitor maintenance activities, budgets, approvals, and deadlines, ensuring vehicles are returned in suitable condition; * Track fueling, damages, accidents, and traffic violations, recording all information in internal systems; * Manage the fleet contract under the supervision of the responsible manager: monitor KPIs, SLAs, costs, and operational requirements; * Maintain relationships with repair shops, suppliers, and partners to ensure contracted services are delivered as agreed; * Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, internal requests, and system updates; * Ensure operational demands of the Court of Justice and nearby cities are met. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills; * Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, driving, or administrative service routines; * Availability for travel between Vitória, Vila Velha, and nearby cities; * Basic knowledge of administrative controls (spreadsheets, record-keeping, systems); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or contract administration; * Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems or advanced spreadsheets; * Basic understanding of automotive maintenance; * Experience serving the public sector or managing corporate contracts.
