An opportunity to grow within a solid transportation company **JOIN OUR TEAM!** ------------------------------ ### **Position: SSO ASSISTANT** **Location: Viana – ES** \| **Day Shift (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)** ### **Your Responsibilities:** At **Transporte Generoso**, the SSO Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring everything runs smoothly! On a daily basis, you will: * Execute and monitor SSO incident codes, ensuring accurate registration and proper handling progress. * Conduct audits on incident handling according to established internal procedures. * Communicate with clients regarding registered incidents and ensure all are resolved within defined deadlines. * Provide customer service to clients contacting via phone, WhatsApp, or e\-mail, supplying cargo-related information and verifying data as needed. * Generate reports on incidents under your responsibility, meeting all established deadlines. * Update systems with all completed handling actions, keeping information accurate and up-to-date. * Fully handle incidents and codes in SSW, including: merchandise return, disagreement, volume exchange, claim of missing merchandise, missing unloading, undelivered volume, damage during unloading/loading, customer-reported damage, return damage (RO – Rodonaves), packaging damage, merchandise damage, and redelivery. ### **What We Expect From You:** * + Prior experience in this role or similar activities; + Completed high school education or Logistics studies; + Reside in **Viana or nearby cities**; + Basic computer skills ### **What Transporte Generoso Offers:** * **Transportation allowance or fuel allowance**; * ️ **Meal allowance or food allowance**; * **SAMP health insurance (co-payment plan)**; * **Dental plan (co-payment plan) – Uniodonto**; * **Wellhub (wellness and physical activity benefit)**; * **Free access to SEST SENAT services**; * And a **safe, respectful, and welcoming work environment**, where your contributions are truly valued. ### **Become Part of the Generoso Team!** If you are **hardworking, responsible, and eager to grow within a solid transportation company**, this opportunity is for you!
