Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for loading activities, request control, document issuance and verification, support in process management, and return control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in process control and management 2. Control and verification of invoices and delivery notes 3. Experience with logistics systems (WMS, WCS, TMS) Job Responsibilities: * Perform batch and carrier-based loading according to the appropriate cut-off and loading schedule; * Register supplier payment requests; * Place office supply orders for the entire operation; * Support in process control and management; * Control returns receipt via DU (Use Decision); * Issue, control, and verify invoices and delivery notes (CTE, MDFE, GNRE); * Manage return spreadsheets and close incidents; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Comply with environmental preservation, occupational safety, and health regulations and procedures; * Maintain company-provided equipment and materials used in performing job functions. Technical Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel) Integrated systems Experience with logistics systems WMS, WCS, TMS Education: Completed High School.
