A culture of innovation and continuous improvement Job Description We are looking for a Construction Assistant to provide support in civil engineering activities, assisting with construction execution, including organization, painting, cleaning, construction, renovation, and other related tasks, meeting team requirements. This professional will travel across all group units nationwide, supporting maintenance and revitalization projects. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in executing various recurring construction activities—including masonry, painting, carpentry, reinforcement, and related tasks—as required; * Assist in general site cleaning and organization, including adjacent areas to work fronts (tool containers, units, construction sites, accommodations, restrooms, etc.); * Sort and/or deliver materials, tools, and/or supplies to other team members as needed and per the site leader’s instructions; * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials using hands and/or manual tools. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education; * Strong communication skills with the team; * Commitment to deadlines and safety; * Availability for recurring travel throughout Brazil lasting 30–35 days.
