Description: * Bachelor's degree required in Education, Business Administration (with specialization in Human Resources or educational fields), Commercial Management, Agribusiness, Production Management, Social Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Service, Logistics, and/or Technology-related fields; * Solid experience in delivering training programs is required; * Experience in any of the following sectors is considered an advantage: Meat industry, Logistics, Telemarketing, Agribusiness, Administrative services, Human Resources, Retail trade, Financial institutions, Technology, Automotive industry, or Food industry; * We seek professionals with a strong commitment to social responsibility and experience working with youth; * Willingness to travel as needed to work at nearby units (Vitória/ES). * Responsible for delivering theoretical training sessions for adolescents and young people enrolled in the apprenticeship program, supporting the technical team on pedagogical matters related to CIEE’s Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with applicable legislation and official directives. * Maintain up-to-date records of youth participants and track session progress (registrations, absences, and performance); * Organize physical space, equipment, and materials; * Understand and disseminate various training content, including: Citizenship—rights and responsibilities; verbal expression; reading and text interpretation; administrative routines; application of mathematical concepts; basic economics/budgeting (personal, household, corporate); and customer service. 2512110202491913054
