Description: Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, aiming to attract and select the best talents according to the required technical and behavioral profiles. Works consultatively with leadership teams, promoting efficient and strategic talent acquisition practices Responsibilities and duties * Conduct complete selection processes, from profile alignment with managers to job offer presentation for approved candidates; * Perform resume screening, competency-based interviews, and administration of technical and behavioral tests; * Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools for vacancy management, candidate tracking, and selection process optimization; * Conduct active candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and other specialized channels; * Administer and interpret behavioral assessments such as DISC to support hiring accuracy; * Produce recruitment & selection metrics reports (time-to-hire, stage conversion rate, SLA, etc.); * Contribute to continuous improvement of selection processes by proposing new tools and methodologies; * Participate in talent fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives; * Monitor experience evaluations and contracts for apprentices and interns; * Ensure compliance of all processes with internal policies and current labor legislation. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience with recruitment and selection platforms; * Knowledge in administering and analyzing behavioral assessments (e.g., DISC); * Familiarity with Recruitment & Selection key performance indicators; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Experience in hiring interns and apprentices; * Experience conducting individual and group interviews (in-person and online via Google Meet, Teams, Zoom). 2510260202221768258
