Support strategic decision-making If you possess strategic vision, an analytical profile, and experience in controller and finance functions, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Coordinate controller, accounting, and tax routines * Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings * Develop budget, forecast, and financial planning * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and applicable legislation * Participate in internal and external audits, contributing to the strengthening of internal controls **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) is considered a plus * Solid experience in controller functions or related areas * Knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax legislation * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems * Familiarity with IFRS/CPC standards **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance, or related fields * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency **Soft Skills** * Analytical mindset and strategic vision * Ability to coordinate and develop teams * Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and sense of responsibility **REMUNERATION:** Market-competitive salary + Benefits
