Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Electrical or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); * Previous experience as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Desirable: * Experience in steelmaking processes; * Knowledge in SGI - Integrated Management System; * MBA or Postgraduate degree in related areas. * Analyze and evaluate variables of the entire process inside and outside routine operations, establishing technical criteria for execution and feasibility, and making changes when necessary; * Gather information for carrying out activities and improvement projects using appropriate methodologies and PDCA; * Conduct analysis of anomalies in area-related issues; * Identify opportunities for production process improvements; * Develop and monitor execution of PEX (Experience Plan) and AP (Process Change); * Standardize rolling mill recipes; standardize billet length spreadsheet; * Monitor RNCs (Non-Conformance Reports) for rolled products; * Develop and monitor tests for new products and equipment; * Train and develop teams on routine procedures. 2510170202241814540
