If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Responsible for analyzing activities related to budget execution by preparing internal performance reports aligned with operational, legal, and governance requirements, aiming to support the achievement of the annual budget. **Detailed Description:** * Prepare and consolidate the annual budget (Budget) and its periodic revisions (Forecast); * Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing action plans; * Calculate and analyze the Income Statement (DRE) and other management reports; * Monitor financial indicators such as EBITDA, margin, ROI, ROIC, liquidity, and leverage; * Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, channel, or business unit; * Support commercial negotiations; * Manage and monitor fixed and variable cost structures; * Support internal and external audits; * Perform economic feasibility analyses of projects (NPV, IRR, and Payback); * Develop dashboards and executive reports to support senior management; * Act as a strategic partner to operational areas, supporting business decisions; * Propose improvements to processes, internal controls, and ERP systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller roles, financial planning, or related areas; * Solid knowledge of corporate and managerial accounting; * Strong experience in budget planning and performance analysis; * Knowledge of financial modeling; * Advanced Excel and BI tools. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance, or related fields; * Experience implementing process improvements; * Strong analytical capability and critical thinking; * Clear communication and ability to interact across diverse departments; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Hybrid; * Work Location: Vitória/ES; * Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Flexible) **Benefits Included in This Role:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Discounts and partnerships with numerous educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
