Our job postings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior hashtag\#vagas hashtag\#hiring hashtag\#oportunidades hashtag\#tecnologia hashtag\#saúde hashtag\#contratando **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** #### **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide internal and external support via phone or email to resolve inquiries regarding authorization processes, including requests and approvals, portal entries, etc.; * Contact beneficiaries to provide guidance and request medical reports, exams, and/or any other documents required to clarify/complete the process, enabling analysis for procedure approval; * Contact beneficiaries to inform denial or approval of procedures, acting in accordance with company policies to close the request process; * Monitor approvals to verify compliance with deadlines established by the ANS, ensuring regulatory compliance; * Enter authorization requests for medical procedures into the system, recording all necessary information to enable proper analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the healthcare authorization field; * Knowledge of ANS regulations and TUSS correlation; * Proactivity in task execution; * Dynamism to work in a dynamic environment; * Agility in decision-making and activity execution; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal voucher * Health and dental insurance * Gympass * Birthday leave * Psychological support * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Transportation allowance.
