Join the Confeipan team! * **Customer service:** Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and guiding customers on products and payment methods. * **Sales registration:** Operate the cash register to accurately and quickly record purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * **Payment processing:** Process payments in cash, debit card, credit card, or other payment methods, verifying the amount received and issuing payment receipts. * **Issuance of fiscal documents:** Issue invoices and receipts in compliance with current tax regulations, ensuring information accuracy. * **Cash register organization:** Keep the workplace organized by restocking daily-use materials (paper, bags, etc.), maintaining a clean register area with funds properly separated. * **Cash register closing:** Perform end-of-shift cash register closing, verifying cash balance and confirming all payments have been correctly recorded in the system. * **Error and return control:** Handle registration errors, product returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy. Requirements: To apply for this position, you must have: * Completed high school * Previous experience as a Cashier Operator (desirable) * Communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and agility in the sales process. * Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays (rotating schedule) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
