Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High school diploma; * Technical education in Chemistry, Agro-industry or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of industrial processes and basic chemistry; * Advantage: Familiarity with safety standards and work instructions; * Knowledge of the fermentation and distillation production process is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x1); * Must reside in Guariba SP, Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP or Jaboticabal SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct scheduled process monitoring routes across the entire biogas plant to verify equipment installation and operational conditions; * Complete process area checklists, identifying possible deviations and maintenance needs, to verify whether equipment is visually fit for operation and to act accordingly for correction—see and act; * Inform Management and the COI Operator of the equipment tag and the situation identified, and open a Maintenance Note when necessary; * Perform field process checks as required by COI and Management, and carry out necessary adjustments—for example, opening or closing a valve, or reading flow rate, temperature or pressure on an instrument—to optimize the process; * Collect scheduled or unscheduled field samples for laboratory analysis to support process decision-making; * Perform general cleaning tasks at the plant—including channels and floors—to ensure area organization; * Replace air intake filters in the motor-generator room to guarantee proper temperature control; * Start motor-generators in the field according to equipment availability planning; * Dose chemical inputs across different processes to ensure their stability; * Discharge chemical products into storage tanks to guarantee process stock levels; * Replenish water in motor-generator cooling circuits as needed to ensure proper motor-generator cooling; * Comply with all Raízen safety standards. 251223020249717395
