




Job Summary: A professional responsible for scheduling and managing export shipments, obtaining freight quotations, issuing tax documentation, and ensuring compliance with foreign trade processes. Loading scheduling and freight contracting **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Schedule loading of blocks for industrialization, containers, and export blocks, organizing timelines and operational contacts; * Obtain freight quotations and contract freight services, ensuring proper registration of tax documentation (invoice, transport document CTe, etc.); * Issue purchase and sales orders, as well as invoices related to export blocks and sheets; * Verify and invoice export orders for sheets, including issuance of delivery and export invoices; * Register cargo insurance, submit documentation to the customs broker, and monitor shipment filing; * Prepare financial provisions and analyze final shipping charges and freight costs, ensuring accuracy in records; * Monitor receipt of payments for blocks destined for export; * Prepare cargo claim documents; * Ensure documentary compliance and smooth logistics and foreign trade processes, reinforcing the reliability of Amagran Group shipments. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields. * Experience with operational stages of shipment execution. * Experience preparing, verifying, and validating export documents—including commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, and transport documents (Bill of Lading and Air Waybill)—ensuring compliance with customs and commercial requirements. * Familiarity with integrated systems for document issuance. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
