




**VP: Chief Information Officer** **Director of Projects, Finance and Legal** **Work Location: Remote** Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on **Workspace and Playbooks**, ensuring agile and scalable digital experiences for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and customize applications on ServiceNow using **App Engine Studio**, including workflows, forms and low-code integrations; * Configure and optimize **Playbooks in Workspaces (Agent Workspace and Employee Center)** for guided support workflows; * Maintain ServiceNow instances (Yokohama version and higher), applying updates and performance adjustments; * Collaborate with agile squads to deliver features, conduct testing and provide second-level support; * Support exploration of new modules (ITOM, SecOps) by participating in proof-of-concept initiatives; * Document solutions and contribute to the team’s knowledge base. **Requirements and Qualifications** * A completed degree in technology fields—such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines—is a plus; * Experience with ServiceNow, with exposure to **Workspace, Playbooks or App Engine**; * ServiceNow CSA certification (or currently pursuing it); * Knowledge of basic JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer and Service Portal. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
