Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical support to users regarding Protheus; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site; * Log and track incidents in the ticket management system; * Provide guidance and training to users on the use of available technologies and tools; * Collaborate with the IT team in implementing system improvements and updates; * Ensure information security and data integrity.
