




Job Summary: Multilift Logística is seeking a Junior HR Analyst to work in recruitment and selection, onboarding, internal marketing, and DHO support, promoting a strong organizational culture and employee engagement. Support internal marketing initiatives and DHO activities Multilift Logística is looking for a JUNIOR HR ANALYST with knowledge and experience in the field to join our Human Resources team. This is an on-site position in Cariacica/ES, near the Federal Police Superintendence, at Cariacica’s new waterfront. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire job posting process, resume screening, interviews, tests, and assessments, as well as ensuring a seamless employee experience within the company. You will also support internal marketing campaigns and DHO activities in coordination with the department head. As a JUNIOR HR ANALYST, your responsibilities will include: * Leading recruitment and selection processes—from defining candidate profiles with managers, through hiring procedures, to integrating new talent; * Conducting onboarding for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience aligned with company values; * Maintaining employee records on HR platforms and internal channels whenever there are admissions, terminations, or personnel movements, ensuring correct access and communication across institutional environments; * Supporting the planning and execution of internal marketing initiatives, contributing to strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement; * Assisting in performance evaluation processes; * Keeping HR indicator reports up to date; * Supporting personnel department processes—including data entry and verification—when required; * Ensuring clear, empathetic communication among HR, leadership, and employees; And other related departmental duties. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology; * Proven experience in recruitment and selection; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
