Financial Monitoring and Report Preparation Description: Required Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Desired Knowledge: * Project Management and Control expertise * Proficient knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera * Data analysis skills * Computer literacy, with advanced Excel proficiency * Communication skills * Proactivity in performing tasks * Interpersonal skills that foster a favorable environment for the project team and stakeholders, reflecting trust, loyalty, commitment, and respect * Systemic project vision As a Planning Engineer, you will: * Serve as the Leader of the project/construction planning team. * Participate in handover meetings for each new project; develop coordination guidelines. * Be responsible for planning, scheduling, measurement, and control. * Manage the preparation, monitoring, and updating of project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera. * Generate and monitor Project S-Curves (Physical/Financial) and track them accordingly. * Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram. * Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project's financial performance. * Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins together with Project Managers for submission to the client. * Monitor updates to document lists and pending items. * Conduct weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress meetings with technical staff, managers, and clients. * Collaborate with Project Managers to address matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance of contracts. * Monitor departmental control requirements, such as contract adjustments, project indicators, and project status reports. 251213020220715908
