Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Management, or related fields are desirable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline regarding deadlines. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, email). * Availability to work in an internal model (on-site or hybrid, per company policy). **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative routines, customer service, or back-office functions. * Experience with management systems (ERP, CRM, or similar). * Aptitude for numerical data and spreadsheet-based controls. * Interest in pursuing a career in administration/operations.
