Your main challenge: You will be the right-hand person for our financial leadership (CFO), directly involved in organizing daily operations. Your mission is to ensure operational processes, reports, and financial validations are flawless, helping turn high-volume demands into smooth and organized workflows. On a day-to-day basis, you will: \- Provide direct support to the CFO, executing instructions with agility and precision; \- Prepare management and financial reports to provide visibility into the agency's numbers; \- Perform validation of entries and financial reconciliations; \- Maintain constant updates in the financial system; \- Organize files and documents, ensuring chaos stays far from the department; \- Intensively use Excel/Google Sheets to cross-reference data and generate reliable information. Requirements Intermediate to Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Mastery of formulas such as SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is essential); 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or financial routines; Analytical profile with "ultra-advanced" organization skills; A hands-on person who enjoys working and solving problems. Desirable English: Ability to navigate reports or global tools; Agency Experience: Having previously worked in the fast-paced environment of a digital marketing or advertising agency; ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with financial management systems.
