We are part of the Clickativo Group, with 16 years of market presence in Vila Velha/ES. What You’ll Do You will join the team responsible for maintaining and evolving Nicatto’s products. In practice, this means: * Responding to and resolving customer support tickets * Fixing bugs and performing application maintenance * Developing improvements and new features * Documenting what you build and resolve * Direct customer interaction — understanding their pain points and translating them into solutions This role requires responsibility, clear communication, and a continuous learning mindset. PHP knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — those unfamiliar will learn over time with team support.
