JOB OBJECTIVE Sell new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction, with a focus on achieving the company’s sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct vehicle sales in person at the dealership, at trade fairs, and through virtual channels; Provide outstanding customer service both in person and online (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail); Prospect new customers and retain the current client base; Offer accessories, financial services, insurance, and complementary products; Conduct test drives and negotiate vehicle trade-ins; Evaluate used vehicles using specific platforms; Simulate financing and payment terms through Banco GM and other institutions; Collect customer documentation and refer them to the licensing and billing departments; Ensure vehicles are delivery-ready (cleaning, accessories, invoice verification); Schedule and oversee vehicle deliveries, performing check-in and check-out procedures; Maintain up-to-date customer records; Monitor market practices and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities; Actively participate in training programs offered by the **Chevrolet University**; Organize and maintain an attractive and functional showroom; Safely maneuver vehicles inside and outside the dealership; Assist in vehicle pricing and verify vehicle history (traffic violations, accidents, auctions); Perform post-sale follow-ups and provide customer support; Support public tender processes when required.
