Soybean crop management and resource optimization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Level:** Trainee **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Area Responsibilities:** Support agricultural planning and development processes, ensuring alignment with the area’s technical and strategic guidelines; Monitor agricultural experimentation processes, including protocol development, implementation tracking, data collection, and technical report writing; Contribute to harvest, field renovation, and planting planning, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards; Support activities related to crop varieties, pest and disease management, and MPB (Pre\-Sprouted Seedlings) production; Participate in soybean crop planning and management, aiming for productive efficiency, sustainability, and resource optimization; Collaborate with technical and operational teams in agricultural data analysis and implementation of continuous process improvements. **Trainee Program Activities:** In the first year of the program, the participant will engage in Development Pathway activities and project creation.
