**Description:** 1 \- Specialist Qualification Registration (SQR) in Neuroradiology; 2\- Minimum proven experience of 6 (six) months as a Neuroradiologist. Receive the patient, perform medical history taking, explain the planned procedure, and address any related questions or concerns; Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endovascular procedures using various radiographic techniques, employing hemodynamic equipment and radiopaque contrast agents; Perform endovascular surgical procedures in Hemodynamics departments using image-guided diagnostics; Remove introducers after hemodynamic procedures and apply compressive dressings; Transfer the patient to the recovery room; Complete the procedure room record and appropriate clinical chart entries, including a detailed description of the procedure performed; Participate in developing health care plans for patients undergoing hemodynamic procedures; Respect and contribute to improving operational norms and procedures; Participate in meetings essential for scientific and technical development, promoting enhanced quality of medical care; Implement and/or prepare work schedules for the unit, aiming at rationalization, patient and staff comfort, and safety; Participate in protocol development; Contribute to essential hospital services and participate in health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention programs and committees; Ensure proper management and accountability for all medications, materials, instruments, and equipment within the unit; Observe ethical principles throughout professional activities; Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in continuing health education programs, permanent committees, health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention initiatives; Support hospital coordinations on matters related to the area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement of unit processes; Participate in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), becoming thoroughly familiar with them and applying them daily; Respond to institutional requests to serve as Preceptor, Tutor, Instructor, and/or Coordinator in teaching activities; Participate in, or act as facilitator for, Permanent Education initiatives, in accordance with institutional policy, within the scope of professional duties; Maintain and safeguard materials and equipment under personal responsibility used in daily tasks, thereby extending their useful life; Perform duties observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all activities, complying with current legislation and institutional regulations; Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement of unit processes; Perform other related duties of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor. 2512210202551478836
