We currently have an opening for a CCO Operator to work at our Operational Control Center in an environment that prioritizes safety, organization, and teamwork.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Continuously monitor highway conditions via cameras, operational systems, and sensors.
* Identify, record, classify, and track incidents such as accidents, stalled vehicles, traffic congestion, roadworks, adverse weather conditions, and hazardous situations.
* Activate, coordinate, and monitor operational resources, including tow trucks, ambulances, inspection vehicles, and support teams.
* Maintain constant and effective communication with field teams, toll plazas, and partner agencies such as ANTT, Federal Highway Police (PRF), Fire Department, and environmental agencies.
* Guide and direct operational actions aimed at road safety and traffic flow.
* Record, monitor, and close incidents in operational systems, including accidents, medical assistance, mechanical failures, animals or objects on the roadway.
* Support decision-making during emergency situations, critical incidents, or operational crises.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality provided to highway users.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **REQUIREMENTS**
* Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress will be considered);
* Basic computer knowledge;
* Availability to work on a 2x2 shift schedule and rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays);
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to concentrate, pay attention, and make decisions;
* Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations;
* **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Prior experience in monitoring, operations, or related areas;
* Experience working with highway concessionaires or road safety areas;
* Knowledge of monitoring systems, radio communications, or operational control;
* Experience recording incidents and preparing reports;
