Must resolve incidents promptly, apply infrastructure and security best practices, automate routine tasks whenever possible, and maintain technical and documentation organization—contributing to service efficiency and continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Hybrid Management: User and permission administration in On-Premise environments (Windows Server/Active Directory) and Cloud environments (Azure AD/Entra ID and Google Workspace). * Network Services: Management and troubleshooting of DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and File Server. * Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and perform diagnostics. Networks, Security, and Connectivity. * Routing & Switching: Configuration of VLANs, routing, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting (TCP/IP, SNMP). * Security: Configuration and support for VPNs (Client-to-Site and Site-to-Site), and application of security best practices (MFA, Antivirus). * Multi-OS Support: Support for Windows (10/11) and macOS workstations, resolving driver, network, and performance issues. Physical Infrastructure and Projects. * Structured Cabling: Rack and patch panel organization. Perform cable termination, labeling, and network point certification per technical standards. * Hardware: Desktop and notebook maintenance (upgrades, physical diagnostics). **Requirements:** * Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS. * Experience with Windows Server and familiarity with Linux. * Networks and Security: Practical experience with Firewalls, Managed Switches, and Corporate Wi-Fi. * Automation: Ability to create and interpret scripts for administrative tasks. * Physical Infrastructure: Proven experience organizing Data Centers and implementing structured cabling. * Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts. * Analytical Resilience: You avoid trial-and-error loops.
