We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, strengthen the safety culture, support clinical governance, and ensure regulatory compliance and maintenance of accreditations. If you have experience in quality management within healthcare, a systemic perspective, and a results-oriented focus, join a group that values excellence, responsibility, and continuous evolution. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the Quality Management System, ensuring standardization, documentation updates, and institutional dissemination. * Plan, conduct, and monitor accreditation and certification processes (ONA and related), including internal and external audits. * Coordinate the Patient Safety Program, promoting a safety culture, adverse event analysis, and implementation of improvements. * Monitor Risk Management, covering clinical, strategic, operational, regulatory, technological, and reputational risks. * Support departments in process-based management, process mapping, customer\-supplier integration, and organizational performance improvement. * Consolidate and monitor strategic and operational indicators, promoting critical analyses and tracking of action plans. * Coordinate internal committees, ensuring planning, execution, documentation, and effectiveness of deliberated actions. * Prepare and accompany the institution during regulatory inspections and official audits. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in a health or management field (Nursing, Quality Management, Pharmacy, or related areas). * Postgraduate degree in Quality, Patient Safety, Hospital Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in Quality Management within healthcare services; knowledge of medical imaging will be an advantage. * Proven experience with ONA accreditation and audits. * Practical knowledge of risk management, patient safety, and performance indicators. * Proficiency in quality tools (PDCA, SIPOC, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, root cause analysis). **Contract Type: PJ**
