Description: For the Maintenance Coordinator position, the role will focus on supporting operations, with emphasis on monitoring administrative and operational routines. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities and major shutdowns according to the maintenance program and operational priorities; * Coordinate and ensure availability of human resources, materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies required for maintenance tasks requiring ground support; * Read and interpret drawings, sketches, tables, technical specifications, manuals, or instructions to validate adjustments, standards, tolerances, and all other requirements necessary for performing the job; Gather facts and data related to incidents for investigation (RCA); * Review and approve services performed by suppliers; * Provide support to flight crews (on-site and remotely) to ensure maintenance complies with the maintenance department’s strategy and company procedures; * Fulfill on-call duties according to the schedule predefined by the department. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Naval Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in the maritime or offshore sector. 2512210202551641056
