We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp and e\-mail. Customer support regarding virtual purchases and systems. Generation of general reports for departments and franchisees. Conducting Satisfaction Surveys (NPS). Preparation of meeting minutes. Reception and front desk tasks, such as document and mail receipt. And other general administrative duties.
