In addition, perform effective leadership functions, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with the company's objectives and culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the Human Resources Department team, monitoring performance, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Serve as the technical reference for the area, supporting the team in resolving complex requests and decision-making. * Ensure execution of hiring, termination, payroll, labor charges, benefits, and ancillary obligations processes. * Ensure compliance with labor, social security legislation, and collective bargaining agreements, mitigating labor risks. * Communicate with different hierarchical levels, providing clear guidance to leadership, employees, and clients. * Manage legal and operational deadlines, especially those related to eSocial and other HR Department obligations. * Conduct feedback sessions, support team development, and handle high-pressure situations in a balanced and assertive manner. * Propose process improvements, controls, and departmental indicators. **Requirements and Competencies** * Experience leading a Human Resources Department team. * Communication skills, with ease of interaction across different hierarchical levels. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Human Resources Department processes. * Experience with payroll systems. * Advanced Excel proficiency for control, analysis, and management reporting.
