We are looking for a **Data Specialist** to join our **Finance** team, identifying opportunities and working on automating key activities, developing and optimizing tools, data extraction, and data processing. ******Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 4100 \- Itaim Bibi, São Paulo \- SP **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Responsible for systematizing risk reports, mapping inputs, transformation codes, governance, and report generation; collaborating with the data squad to improve gaps and drive development; * Creation and maintenance of setups (curves, quotes, calendar, contracts, defaulting manager...) and feeding market data; * Maintenance, creation, and development focused on Finance requirements (curve adjustments, quotations, and rates); * Optimization of existing tools, automation and/or review of processes (e.g., tool for cash cost calculation, Var). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Power BI, Excel, and Power Query: Solid experience with data analysis and visualization tools, with emphasis on dashboard development and report automation; * Knowledge of data engineering and manipulation, including SQL and Python, plus experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint for process automation and optimization; * Proficiency in database concepts (modeling, ETL, data quality, and data governance); * Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow); * Availability for on-site work in São Paulo (Itaim Bibi). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
