We are looking for a professional to work on the **scaling of software quality**, supporting product teams through the development and maintenance of **testing platforms, tools, and pipelines**. The focus is not on directly creating tests, but rather on **enabling application testability**, promoting autonomy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Develop and maintain corporate-level **testability platforms and tools**. * Configure and enhance **CI/CD pipelines**, with emphasis on test automation and quality gates. * Implement solutions across different levels of the testing pyramid (unit, integration, and end-to-end). * Work across multiple domains: **web, applications, backend, and APIs**. * Work with tools such as **SonarQube, Cypress, Appium**, among others. * Support the creation of **documentation, guides, and best practices** for using testing platforms. * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the **quality and productivity** of deliverables. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Experience with **JavaScript and React**. * Backend knowledge with **Node.js and Python**. * Hands-on experience with testing tools such as **Jest, Cypress, and/or WebDriverIO**. * Knowledge of main test types: **unit, integration, and end-to-end**. ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with **SQL databases**. * Basic knowledge of **Docker and containerization**. * Experience or familiarity with **CI/CD**, especially with **GitLab**. * Knowledge of **Git** and version control workflows. * Understanding of fundamental web concepts (**HTTP, REST APIs, JSON**). * **Completed undergraduate degree** in a related field. ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Fast learning and technical curiosity. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Adaptability to multiple tech stacks and tools. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Interest in environments focused on **continuous improvement and constant technical evolution**.
