Our openings are also open to people with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior \#jobopenings \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#health \#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in developing and improving the internal audit process across all company areas; * Identify and develop effective data analysis routines; * Conduct internal audits in accordance with standards and procedures, evaluating internal controls and compliance with applicable policies and legislation; * Analyze financial, operational, and internal control data to identify risks and improvement opportunities; * Identify weaknesses in internal controls and their root causes; * Propose recommendations to mitigate risks and increase process efficiency; * Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans to correct identified deficiencies; * Prepare objective audit reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations, communicating results to audited areas when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Specialization/MBA in the field is desirable; * Knowledge of auditing standards and methodologies, risk management, information security, and quality (IIA, COSO, ISO 31000, ISO 27001 and 27002, ISO 9001, and ISO 19011); * Experience in internal and/or external auditing; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Ability to manipulate databases using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis platforms to extract, organize, and analyze large volumes of information; * Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems; * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal voucher, Health and Dental Plans, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
