Opportunity - Project Leader | Development Engineering We are looking for a **Project Leader** to work onsite in **Jundiaí/SP**, in the automotive sector. If you are an organized individual with strong strategic vision and solid project management experience, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities** * Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources. * Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. * Develop and maintain the project plan (resources, budget, schedule, and communication). * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost constraints. * Report progress to leadership and stakeholders. * Identify and manage risks, proposing corrective actions. * Facilitate communication among involved teams and departments. * Conduct project review and status meetings. * Negotiate and manage supplier contracts. * Monitor performance metrics and promote continuous improvement. * Ensure customer satisfaction and formal project delivery. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **project management**, preferably within the engineering sector. * Experience with complex projects and strategic planning. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * **Advanced English proficiency**. * MBA or specialization in Project Management.
