We believe in mature teams where technical excellence walks hand-in-hand with humility, autonomy, and a focus on delivering value. **Key Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Develop and evolve web applications using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js, working end-to-end across the development lifecycle—from solution design to production deployment; * Design, implement, and evolve scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software architectures—with product vision and business impact in mind; * Optimize performance of high-traffic applications using caching strategies, message queues, and state management; * Implement and maintain authentication and security workflows; * Work within a modern Cloud infrastructure environment (AWS); * Ensure code quality by promoting best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and automated test coverage (Pest/PHPUnit); * Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture discussions, and actively contribute to mentoring and the technical growth of the squad. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Extensive experience with PHP and deep expertise in the Laravel framework in modern environments; * Solid experience with Vue.js, including Composition API, Vuex/Pinia, and ecosystem tools such as Vite; * Practical experience with Redis; * Experience integrating complex RESTful APIs and strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT; * Advanced knowledge of relational databases (MySQL), including query optimization and indexing; * Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Computing environments (AWS); * Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies. **Nice-to-Have** --------------- * E-commerce experience would be a plus.
