Act as a leader in warehouse operations in the Extrema/MG region. **Responsibilities and duties** * Define priorities and adjust teams according to operational demand; * Monitor and verify team task execution, following standards and procedures; * Monitor team performance by analyzing desired outcomes; * Direct, monitor, and report anomalies occurring in operational process stages; * Identify and seek implementation of process improvements; * Keep the client and immediate coordination updated on operations; * Identify and address team training needs; * Promote team motivation; * Maintain your work area organized according to standards (5S); * Compliance with SSMA and Quality standards and procedures; * Compliance with Compliance policies; * Manage team conflicts; * Monitor availability of material handling equipment, assessing maintenance needs; * Conduct Daily Safety, Health, and Environment Dialogues in operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in computer applications (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Easy access to the Extrema/MG region. **Additional information** Salary: Competitive for the region; Meal allowance; Food basket; Shuttle service; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Profit-sharing plan according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); Totalpass; Residence required in Extrema/MG or surrounding areas.
