Development of continuous improvements in implementation processes. **Operating Region** Mato Grosso **About the Opportunity** Strategic involvement in Project Implementation \| Industrial Assembly \| After-Sales **Key Responsibilities** * Plan installation and technical support schedules. * Lead project kick-off meetings. * Coordinate the entire construction implementation process. * Monitor daily physical progress of construction works. * Monitor schedule, quality, and productivity indicators. * Conduct quality audits of assemblies. * Develop and qualify new third-party companies. * Manage in-house and contracted teams. * Coordinate approximately 40 to 50 professionals across internal and external teams. * Directly manage 3 Analysts/Technical Support staff and 8 Field Technicians. * Serve as the liaison among Sales, Product Engineering, Customers, Technicians, and Assemblers. * Ensure availability of resources, equipment, and tools for construction execution. * Monitor Daily Construction Reports (RDOs) daily. * Track Service Orders. * Ensure adherence to schedules. * Provide technical support to field teams. * Develop continuous improvements for implementation processes. ✅ **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). * Candidates with degrees in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields will also be considered. * Postgraduate qualifications will be considered a plus. * Experience in construction management or project implementation. * Knowledge of performance indicators. * Driver's license category B. * Familiarity with the metal-mechanical sector. * Willingness to travel. **Employment Model and Benefits** * CLT employment contract; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Health insurance; * Pharmacy allowance; * Company vehicle.
