We are seeking new talents who want to join this great team and a global company! **Position:** ---------- The professional will be responsible for executing the implementation schedule for Elofy clients’ projects, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines, milestones, and phases. They will also conduct practical and methodological training sessions with key organizational users, enabling them to act as internal knowledge multipliers. **Responsibilities:** * Execute client project implementation schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined phases. * Document all schedule updates and changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records. * Conduct practical and methodological training sessions with clients, qualifying them as knowledge multipliers. * Provide resources and ongoing support to assist learning and effective product usage. * Welcome new clients, establishing a positive relationship from the start of the project. * Present the product or service, providing an overview of what the client can expect. * Showcase key features and functionalities through guided tours and interactive demonstrations. * Customize the product to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences. * Configure user profiles, preferences, and custom settings as required. * Deliver continuous education to empower clients to fully leverage the product. * Provide additional resources to support client learning and respond to inquiries and requests within established SLAs. * Assist clients with data migration and integration, as needed. * Perform tests to ensure successful product implementation and adoption. * Document client requirements and configurations for future reference. * Continuously update the implementation schedule and provide regular progress reports to the PMO. **Requirements:** --------------- Elofy Zucchetti is looking for a talent like you to join our Implementation team!
