**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Monitor vehicles en route, providing support to drivers, customers, and the sales team; * Update control spreadsheets (returns, new orders, and orders en route), keeping the commercial team informed; * Track drivers' daily journeys, monitoring deliveries completed, in progress, and pending; * Inform the route planner of new customers for inclusion in delivery routes; * Record and monitor daily returns; * Validate Marketplace items for loading and delivery; * Forward invoices to freight carriers for goods transportation; * Contact customers with stalled deliveries and report updates to the team. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or relevant experience is a plus. **Benefits:** Refer a Friend, Others, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
