Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Work alongside the Discipline’s Responsible Professor as a mediator and facilitator of the pedagogical process with students: guide individual learning, respond to and moderate questions, advise and guide the learning process, analyze interactions, generate communication and resources, and mediate the use and handling of equipment. **** **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and motivate students, encouraging them to maintain focus and interest in the course, and supporting them in meeting deadlines and completing activities within the virtual learning environment. * Provide feedback to students on academic assignments, assisting them in improving and progressing in their learning. * Identify student groups experiencing learning difficulties to provide targeted support and assistance. * Promote engagement initiatives to enhance student motivation within the virtual learning environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree (completed or in progress) is a plus; * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; * Empathy to address diverse learning styles; * Responsibility regarding deadlines and commitments; * Familiarity with and basic computer skills; * Organizational and time management skills; **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Afternoon and evening — Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
