Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and inspecting goods, supporting internal customers, managing inventory levels, and generating reports to ensure efficient material and cost management. Supporting internal customers and addressing their needs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** To be informed during the interview **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive internally used goods (e.g., agricultural supplies, agricultural machinery, office supplies, uniforms, and PPE) and supplier invoices, verifying listed items and quantities against purchase orders and inspecting packaging conditions to prevent discrepancies and avoid admitting damaged goods into inventory. * Support and record internal customer service orders, verify authorizations, deliver consumable materials in requested quantities, and update the inventory control system to ensure continuity of user operations and accurate tracking of inventory quantity and cost. * Authorize automated fleet refueling (convoys and agricultural machinery) in the system by entering fuel quantities required to fulfill service orders. * Generate inventory reconciliation reports, extracting from the system cost and quantity data regarding material inflows and outflows to compare with physical inventory balances. * Monitor minimum stock levels for essential agricultural unit goods, checking system inventory balances to request replenishment and ensure timely availability to user departments. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Prior experience in inventory control is desirable. * Familiarity with SAP and invoice verification. * Knowledge of agrochemicals and fertilizers is a plus. * Willingness to reside on a farm.
